The Merlin
Entertainments London Eye (commonly the London Eye, or Millennium Wheel, formerly the British Airways London Eye) is a giant tall Ferris wheel situated on the banks of the River Thames in the British capital (...) (from Wikipedia).
The London Eye
Ferris Wheel is one of the city's new and enjoyable attractions. It is 135 meters high and was constructed by British Airways. The wheel features 32 glass bubble carts that provide an especially beautiful view of the city and its surroundings. The full tour lasts about thirty minutes. Each bubble cart carries 25 people, and it is highly recommended that you book your tickets in advance, as they are still in great demand. The site was opened in 2000, and at first it was announced that it would be transferred to another site, but the popularity it has enjoyed has kept it in its original setting over the years. We recommend booking your tickets in advance online.
